Vehicle Notification
This section is for the exclusive use of SISC II member districts. This section allows an authorized user to access specific information regarding a district's vehicles. The program is also designed to allow on-line reporting and/or updating of vehicles.
Click the button above to enter the Vehicle Notification Database program and make changes (a district ID, user name, and password will be required. Please contact Risk Management Services at (661) 636-4590 if you need assistance.)
You may continue to use the Vehicle Notification Form (editable pdf) if you do not wish to use the Vehicle Notification Database. You may edit the pdf file, save the form, and then email it to Tim Beard (see email address below). If you prefer, you may print the form, fill it out, and mail or fax it to Risk Management Services.
